Hi turtle run,
If your urine is yellow, that means you are still not hydrated well enough. The colour should be like a pale yellow not dark concentrated yellow. What kind of pain do you have when you pee? Is it like a burning sensation? If so, it could be UTI (urinary tract infection). I suggest you drink some cranberry juice to flush your urinary tract. |
