4k happy run at CU

I am a new runner. I am so happy to meet my target today at
the 4k Happy Run at CU. I finished it within 30 minutes and get a t-shirt as souvenir.
It is a good start for me. It is very encouraging that I was able to finish the run. I am going to try 10k in Chartered Marathon in Feb-2010.  See how I will make it in 2010!!

cat ctse. I have a day off today. Tomorrow got to go to run again. How about you?
A few of my colleagues joined the Chartered Marathon as well, but they had joined the 6:00am group. I am in 6:30 am group. Will you wait for me on that day at the target line?

早晨 bess ctse 放假咁開心牙，我就要開工喇，lee幾日有d病病地，聽日想去 tko 跑，不過仲未報名，睇吓一陣身體情況至決定，如果去既你會唔會 join 阿。
至於渣馬唔知係你等我定我等你喎。我 6:30 起跑到終點可能都要 8:30 至 9:00啦。總之大家加油啦。
