我主要要求避震夠、腳前掌唔會太修身同埋輕
唔知有無咩介紹呢？
我高175、重65kg

Hi ~  Don't just listen to what others said what is good and what isn't.  Your weight and height don't mean anything. You need to get a gait analysis to determine what model(s) of Asics is suitable for your foot type.  Otherwise, you will end up with injuries.  Good luck!

I also agree that Gel Nimbus is kind of heavy.  But like lvrunner ching suggested, you should try them and determine which ones are good for yourself.

What work for others may not work for you.  I have worn 4 types of Asics shoes:
2100, 2110
Gel Nimbus
Gel Magic Racer
Gel Hyperspeed II

The latter two are racing flats.  I like Hyperspeed II.  Ryan Hall, the top US runner wore them in the Beijing Olympics.  I wore them for my short races before I switched completely to Brooks.
