小弟跑步~目的可能同你地有少少唔同
我係為增肥而跑...唔知work 唔work~試下! 比少少意見
依幾日開始~~~
一日兩杯奶粉 一日三餐 一日跑6k(快跑)
同做適當的體能
可以達到我的目標?

Hi Charlestang兄,

Welcome to the forum!

Assume that you take in 2,000 to 2,200 calories a day from food just to maintain your weight.  6k of running is roughly about 370 calories.  Subtract that you only got less than 2,000 calories left!  So to answer your question, you need to eat more (increase your calories intake) in order to gain weight.  Do it in a healthy way though, like eating more carbohydrates (rice, noodles and bread......etc.).  Keep doing your daily 6K run. Your體能training will also help you to build up muscle mass too, so it is good.

增肥還是build-up muscle
我見啲大隻佬會做gym,舉鐵,飲增肌奶粉
