I have the 1st edition (2001) of Advanced Marathoning and I did buy it from Amazon.  I remember it was free shipping.  If you are in HK, it will cost you more to have it shipped to you.

Yes, I have both books, along with many others.  I heard that you could borrow them from the libraries in HK.  There may be a long wait though.

就算借到都好快俾人hold
所以都想買翻
一般書局都唔見有得賣 (pageone 都冇)

如果amazon 訂 運費係逐本計定一次過?
好似係us$5.99 ，如果逐本計都幾貴
