I don't think so.  I guess SCM will be held on 13-Feb-2011, the second Sunday after lunar new year.

Lunar New Year will be 3rd FEB.
I hope HK SCM will be held on 13th FEB.

Otherwise, it will be difficult to run two marathons on 20th & then, 27th FEB ?!

Well, at least it isn't fall on the same day, some people can easily do a back to back marathon then.
