[突發]Tri HK commenced legal action against its marketing partner

Special Notice to Tri HK MembersPlease take note that Tri HK commenced legal action (DCCJ No. 4338 of 2010) on 14/12/2010 against its marketing partner, Sportsoho Media Limited, for payment of HK$600,000.00 in connection with the event of K-Swiss 2010 Hong Kong ITU Triathlon Asian Cup.
On 19/03/2011, the Court entered Judgment in favour of Tri HK against Sportsoho Media Limited for the said sum of HK$600,000.00 plus interest and costs in default of defense.
Notwithstanding our repeated demands, Sportsoho Media Limited has failed to comply with the Judgment to date.
Tri HK shall and is determined to take further enforcement action against Sportsoho Media Limited.

Tri HK will keep members updated on this matter in due course.

係咪既係撳錢果個KEYMAN間公司呢？！:(
唔知會唔會影響今年既ITU比賽呢？:L

ITU應該唔会有影响，因係總会賽事，但咁嘅金錢瓜葛，好少会擺响网站首頁，好似要整死呢間公司咁喎！
