AVOHK - adidas 5公里長跑賽系列2013

    連續四場5公里賽事在港島舉行。
    賽事一   2013年8月24日, 寶雲道(寶雲徑交滙處) (地圖)
    賽事二   2013年9月7日, 大潭篤水塘(大潭道) (地圖)
    賽事三   2013年9月21日, 灣仔峽遊樂場 (地圖)
    賽事四   2013年10月12日, 南灣 (地圖) AVOHK - adidas 5公里長跑賽系列2013

報名費

AVOHK會員 ( 每場港幤元100 或 四場合共港幣360元)
非香港元老田徑會會員 (每場港幤130元 或 四場合共港幣480元)
*參加全部四場賽事折扣只限於在首場比賽之前報名的參賽者。

我覺得最特別是最後南灣的一場. 有一小段要跑沙灘.

The heavy rain poured cats and dogs before the AVOHK 5 K Series Race 1 at Bowen Road on 24 Aug 2013.I got all wet with my umbrella broke before arriving the starting point.

However the rain stopped just before the race started but I still failed to run fast in the race, and resulted in a disappointing 27 mins completion time!Despite my poor pacing, I still enjoyed the race.

Official time : 27:42 mins
Chip time : 27:33 mins
Half time : 13:51 mins
Overall ranking : 200 / 314
