跑鞋要fit size 定預鬆好?

我平時著開Nike 果d 跑步鞋跑步(主跑半馬及10公里),但又著到起晒水泡同爛腳趾。最近報左兩個全馬同兩個21k, 想買番對更好的跑鞋,於是去左Giga sport 試mizuno wave rider . 問題係我用足呎度腳係大約6.9號size 。mizuno 既跑鞋有7號同7號半,咁我買邊對好些?試左七號半,都zip 到隻食指入去。(腳趾頂盡,腳尾位入到隻食指)。至於7號因為沒有貨,未有機會試。

起水泡,本書咁講嘅:「當你穿著不合腳的大鞋時,腳就會在鞋子之中移動,造成摩擦,成爲長水泡的原因。」
要令腳在鞋内更安定,可以用Heel Lock Lacing,YouTube有好多片講。
