記得上年要提前係將軍澳運動場取號碼布.上年人唔多, 唔擁擠.

Last year:
- 25 laps of Lung Wo Road
- one food/drink station
- when you have less than 8 laps to finish, staff will remind you the number of remaining laps each time you run across the finish/start area
- not an easy route because of the V-shaped slope of Lung Wo Road (you have to run 2x25 times of that V-shaped slope)

yes, if I remembered correctly.
The station provided water and sport drink, and chocolate (and some others??) at later stage.
