Normally I run on Sataurday morning, from Polma Estate to Tiu King Lang Station on morning
or sometimes at night on Wednesday or Friday

usually night 7.30-9.00 or 9.30-10.30... (week day)
sun/sat, either night or morning... night is usually same start time as week day but run longer... if morning.. usually very early...

I run from po tsui gardon to near 厚德 and back... usually 3-6 laps

將軍澳運動場係for東亞運動會用的 , 所以可能08年年底or09年年頭落成掛
