請問此比賽是否有捷返點？ 閣水站的大概距離是多少？謝謝。

來回兩次，半程要上大斜，印象中水站足夠

It is a well organised race with scenic course.Sandwiches, muffins, and fruits were given to runners after finishing the race.

However, it is also a very challenging race as there are a lot of up-hill and down-hill running.

折返點是有的，從起點西貢傷殘樂園附近開始至水庫主霸有一折返點(约10K)，之後大约跑至19K-20k，有一大斜坡，要很艱辛才走到這裏，然後折返下去，再走多一次主霸的路段後(约30K)，最後要回程至起點方向。水站，補及站足夠，水站平均4-5k就有一個。
