Any good GPS software recommendation?

More and more runners are using watches that has GPS capability.
Any one has any good GPS software recommendation?

I am now using SportTracks which support my Garmin watch, and more importantly it's a freeware:

I've been using sportTrack for some years... quite good.Apart from the GPS record feature, I like it can keep track of my shoes' mileage.

I am new to long distance running.About 10 years ago I biked often and I use a polar system and its software. For some reasons I stopped biking for years and of course all my HR system has gone.About a month ago I started jogging hoping to take part in some 10k runs and finally leads to a marathon. To play safe, I purchase my HR system again.Garmin Forerunner 310XT is what I have now.Its ANT+ system is horrible.I can never install the driver into my desktop so each time I need to use my net-book to get the data and transfer to my desktop. And from this forum I discovered SportTrack is a better software than Garmin's Training Centre.I am now use ST3 and an added-on Overlay.I like ST3 because it support Google Map directly.
