New running workshop

A new Distance Running Workshop will be held at the Shingmun Valley Sportsground, Tsuen Wan, starting from June 2, every Tue & Thu at 7:30pm to 9:00pm. The workshop is aimed at teaching basic training and technique for middle- and long- distance runners over the age of 16. The course will be designed and taught by leading runners Chan Ka Ho (陳家豪) and Chan Kwok Cheung (陳國璋). Course fee is HK$400 a month including 8 sessions.
