回皇上,微臣本周日已約好百里毅行練習,不能來操,臣謹致歉。
其實我最難過係,前日跑出運動場無耐我已經重覆問自己:「咁辛苦做咩?不如返轉頭算啦」
跑到後尾完全無唸住加速,剩係唸住完成就算。入到運動場俾10個人過。
近期練習都有近似情況,睇到大家咁好興致我都唔想講,但我真係覺得自己無以前咁enjoy跑步。以前跑得幾慢都唸住要衝返黎,依家無晒呢種感覺 真難受........

Please don't give up so easily. I suggest you should take you mind away from running for now and enjoy other activities that you like, then come back in a month or so. I went through the same feeling that you have when I trained for my first marathon back in 1991. All my runnings were done in sub 20C temperature in Canada. It was so cold that I kept saying the same thing you said to myself. Looking back, I am glad that I didn't give up. See, I am still running even not as fast as I used to be. |
