標題: The 4th Malcolm Phillips Annual Memorial Run - 10-5-22

Thanks Keith CHAN of hkrunners.com for the race info :

The 4th Malcolm Phillips Annual Memorial Run will be held on May 22 (Sat), starting at 4:00pm at the Bowen Road junction with Bowen Drive, Hong Kong Island. Distance is 5km. Results will be calculated using the WMA age graded table and prizes will be given to the top 5 Men and top 5 ladies. Quota is limited to 200. Entry fee is HK$80 (or HK$60 for AVOHK/HKLRRC members).

請各位已報名既ching ctse 留意, 係報名site 中文版本上寫住:
重要事項：

賽事於下午四時舉行。
每位完成賽事者將獲派發紀念品乙份。
不接受即場報名. 參賽名單和賽事資料，會於賽事一星期前刋登在www.avohk.org。不再另函通知。
號碼布將於賽事當日派發。
當紅色或黑色暴雨警告，雷暴警告或8 號風球於賽事兩小時前生效，賽事會取消，本會會儘量擇日再比賽，報名費不會退還。
歡迎所有未能參賽者到場參與我們工作。

I jogged to the race path "Bowen path" from Central, and run with so many foreign runners during the race.

And I could managed to complete the race in 22'31". I felt so good

今日先o岩o岩出 result! 我都有跑, 男子組剛好中間排名左右 (實際時間計, 年齡調整後時間計排名低 d), 第一次 5k 比賽黎講都算好開心了!

我都有玩, 亦都係年齡調整後時間計排名低 d. 個比賽幾得意, 有參賽者最後時間上調左4分鐘, 真係跑完都未知道邊個有獎囉!
