至於跑鞋, 應該唔關事, 因為都著左一排, 無咩問題
同7兄講過lee 個問題, 佢話估計我想沖個時,用左太多小腿力,而傷左條筋

Good to hear that red red tse! If it continues to hurt even when walking, try take some anti-inflamatory pills that I mentioned above. It does help to alleviate the pain caused by sprains/strains.

我覺得lvrunner講得有道理。另外,究竟c-tse係肌肉酸痛或軟組織受傷?前者奔肌有用,後者應如lvrunner提議食番o的non-steriodal anti-inflammatory,另藥膏方面就應選對關節消炎有效的。
我自己有用開一種rubesal的 ...
