kopo兄, Vegas依家係超勁熱(今日最高係41C度),依家又係monsoon season,十分之muggy! 濕度都有成20 to 30%. 又要去跑LSD, 小弟都練緊耐力. 但點都唔夠鳳凰城(Phoenix)勁, 成50C度, 好似火焰山咁, 真攞命!!

After running more than 20K, I feel very painful on the middle part of the feet. I supposed that my running shoes may not have enough cushion effect for me since I am a bit heavy of 176lbs. What is your suggestion?

kopo兄, 係唔係脚板底中間? 小弟見議閣試吓買對foot arch support幫吓. 脚底如果唔夠support跑LSD好易傷脚底, 甚至骨裂都有可能架.

I really hurt and I found it bleeds a little bit and it was really painful. I just wonder how can it be improved? By wearing other types of shorts?
