標題: 懷疑給毒蚊咬了
話說唔知是星期日/一給蚊針到, 這兩天"蚊蘭"很大, 很紅、腫, 碰它是熱烘烘的, 中央有明顯白色類似水泡物體, 想請教ching/ctse有什麼藥膏好 - 消炎, 去腫...

唔知係咪蚊患令小妹今天跑得特別慢

小弟女兒經常給蚊子咬到腳仔又紅又腫
有朋友教先用藥房買的消毒用鹽水先洗傷口消毒
然後再塗藥膏 ,一日做幾次就好快好,可以一試~

真係好絕, 指甲有機會有細菌, 咁樣可能會導致發炎, 雖然我覺得現在個蚊蘭已經發緊炎

You should be fine as long as you are not showing signs of anaphylactic reaction like after a snake bite. If you come to emergency room, I usually cleanse it with a mixture of 50% hydrogen peroxide and 50% of Normal Saline. Sorry, I don't know what they are in Chinese. Then put some antibiotic ointment on it and that is it. For now, you can just go to a drug store and buy some antibiotic ointment. I can't recommend any kind to you because HK might not sell it. If you ask the pharmacist at the counter, he/she will tell you what to buy. Hope this helps.

如果你的蚊"蘭"沒有消退跡象, 你最好去看看醫生. 近日, 香港有些毒蚊的口水帶有些細菌, 會令皮膚出現甚麼"蜂巢炎". 患處會腫到豬蹄般, 文章內的醫生說嚴重時, 甚至需要作截肢手術, 不可看輕. 文章好像說過沙田是這種蚊患的重災區, 所以,小心小心!!!!

試下做小小翻譯，譯得唔好大家指點下:
Anaphylatic reaction: 過敏反應。通常指局部的反應如紅腫，但亦可指較嚴重的全身反應，應該同師姐無關
hydrogen peroxide: 雙氧水
normal saline: 生理鹽水
其實以上兩樣都係用來洗傷口。師姐你去藥房同佢地講話要洗傷口o既就ok，有o的係獨立包裝，比較衛生。
antibiotic oniment: 含抗生素的藥膏。又係藥房/萬0/屈人寺有售，主要對抗細菌性感染啦。

Lvrunner c-hing, there has not been any case of West Nile virus infection in HK. Of the mosquito-borne diseases prevalent in the area, it is Dengue of the highest concern, considering its high incidence in SE Asia and the occurrence of some cases in Macao as well. In fact there are imported cases of Dengue from Macao this year. Malaria has also been limited to importation only. JE is also of concern since it's also prevalent in China and Japan. But unlike US, where West Nile really stirred up quite a lot of precautions (and M&M too).

, 我也給她的反應嚇一嚇, 差點想問她有無得救.

她介紹我用一隻叫 "soov bite"的藥膏 - "pain and itch relief gel with antiseptic for stings and insect bites", lignocaine hydrochloride 3% w/w, cetrimide 0.5% w/w, 她說antibiotic 藥膏要看醫生才可以買到. 她說我這樣腫都要一個星期才會痊癒, 如果再無效便要看醫生

antiseptic ~ 消毒
lidocaine ~ for 麻醉 (止痛用),
