一對輕便型行山鞋、一對高保護型行山鞋... 仲有一對羽毛球鞋.........

未計返工著的鞋和便服鞋......

所以，唔敢再買跑鞋lu...

我有三對跑鞋一對殘舊的羽毛球鞋，全美記。

去年十月第一次係墨爾本玩10K時，因為沒有跑鞋的原故，用那對著了幾年行街的羽毛球跑，之後回港跑石門10K也用它。直到12月才買對跑鞋，當時對跑鞋用途的知識甚淺 (比現在更差)，買了對食地、但避震形同虛設的 wave revolver，在屯門10k賽時kenneth 兄一睇我對鞋就一語道破。去到澳洲，因為見那邊買鞋很貴，所以一直都著死wave revolver ，直到佢跑到近700K，5/6月期間跑完兩次半馬對腳都生水泡，才決定在六月中用無限錢買了對較著重support 和避震的 wave nexus (近hk$800，好唔底)，以後長距離(14K或以上)一直會著佢，interval / 10k 或以下則著返wave revolVer，介乎10k-14k 則視心情而定。

上個月在平鞋店用了若hk $400 買了對重support 的 crusader，此子是舊款鞋，不是wave 系列，暫時做gym 會著佢，若習慣左佢後或會用來跑8-10K 的recovery run~

而那對羽毛球鞋則只用於去街/打羽毛球時著。

我都好多對鞋,

平均15 至 18 個月買一對每對平均三百至四百. 冇你地計里數計得咁清楚. 跑完吾痛會繼續著 , 對spacer 著左三至四年, 都著緊, 長課, 比賽, 速度都係佢份. 反而一對冇model 既 mizuno 底硬就冇咩點著. d 著得到勁殘既會留下行山時用.

I want to buy a new pair of shoes from Asics coz my wife will pay for it as my birthday gift. However, it is quite difficult to find Asics in HK? Ching Ctse, do you any place I can get it? I have asked 10km and 運動國 but they have no stock. Need not to mention the sport shoes shops in Mongkok, they concentrate only on fashion sport shoes. I want to get it ASAP since my mizuno is about to end. Help!~~~~

小弟都係一對跑鞋走天涯，除咗踢波要著波boot之外，連做其他運動都會著佢，開始跑步到而家都著咗成年，應該係時候退役。
之前玩玩吓對跑鞋真係冇咩研究，來緊咁多比賽又要加强練習，我諗都要學其他 ching ctse 咁 pro 少少，起碼都要分開練跑同埋比賽用既鞋先得，而牌子方面一向冇咩特別喜好，都係會揀著得舒服同埋靚靚就得。

運動國有款但沒有我要的SIZE, 我的腳掌較闊, 所以要3E的SIZE. 10K 在EMAIL中覆我他們沒有STOCK. 運動國雖沒有貨, 但說會幫我跟進, 但不肯定下一水來貨有否合適SIZE.
此外, 我現穿MIZUNO的Wave Elixir 3, 感覺都很好, 但我想搵防震更好的跑鞋. 如果, MIZUNO, 有沒有比Wave Elixir 3再較好避震的跑鞋???

十分多謝 Angkso Ching的介紹. 我昨晚終於在這店買了我第一對的Asics跑鞋, Nimbus-10. 我之前是打算買GT-2130的. 但試完之後, 發覺Nimbus-10好似更軟身及貼腳, 而且是老婆比錢, 最終決定買Nimbus-10. 我今晚就會同對鞋開齏. 跑番轉15km. 試下踏著jelly跑步的感覺. 我會在星期六著它來一個35kmLSD. 看看感覺如何. We'll see!!

Hi kopo hing,

I am happy that you finally got a pair of Asics Nimbus. 2130 is a stability shoe and Nimbus is a neutral shoe. I can't wear Nimbus myself because my feet are overpronated. I was in LA the past weekend, I went window shopping at a large running speciality store and the 2130 was on sale there so I bought it one!! Did you get yourself a pair of insoles too? Let us know what you think of the Nimbus 10 after you tried it.

David Ching, it is hard for me to choose between GT-2130 and Nimbus 10. I tried to have a run yesterday. I didn't run a long distance since I felt very tired. Perhaps I drank too much the day before. Alcohol drinking is absolutely not good for running. The shoes are excellent especially the cushioning effect. I felt alomost nothing when I was running. The feeling is incredible. However, I am not really sure if it is the cause. I found the rebouncing force is a bit too strong and I felt some pain on my knees and back. I will try again tomorrow to see if I have just not yet got used to the shoes. It did happen last time when I change my shoes to Mizuno.

Don't use the insoles that come with the shoes, they are just some cheap soft foam. Buy a pair of good arch support insoles and it will fix your back.

I have the green one. Sueperfeet is the most popular arch support insoles sold in North America. I would say the rebounce force vibrates up pass your knees and up to your spines causing your back to hurt. There are many kinds in the market. Just to make sure get a pair that is hard not soft. The harder it is the better the arch support.

小弟以前都用開sofsole嘅Athlete. 但自從患了腳患後便停用了. Sofsole嘅shock absorption係一流. 但小弟總覺得Sofsole is better for shorter runs like 5K or 10k only. For longer run, you need a pair of harder arch support insoles to support the arch.
