開始熱返改著短tight，所以想搵返對calf Compression. 響旺角shopping發現咗對MUND，$198仲有新春優惠七折。未著過其他calf compression，不過尋晚首著感覺良好，有長tight嘅壓力同承托。有紅丶黑、白三色，大中細碼，西班牙造。

師兄想跑定休息著？跑步著calf都幾好，感覺持久D又冇咁熱，休息著我覺得連大腿果D好D。

嗯，其實我係新手，練跑同比賽都係簡單上陣，見到師兄呢樣玩具就好奇問下咁

咁簡簡單單跑都係好㗎，我都唔建議新手買咁多野住，等有需要又知要乜先買都未遲。
