我上網睇過..厚襪會影響觸地感..姐係會跑得慢d??
但係著邊種襪先減少起水泡既機會?

預防水泡可
1)穿脚趾襪
2)茶d花士今
3)預先貼moleskin

Definitely thin socks!!
Thin socks -> increase circulation inside the socks -> decrease moisture builds up -> decrease the chance of getting blisters.
Thick socks -> the total opposite of the above.
