2月首馬之後疑似出現足底筋膜炎,
連行路都覺得痛...
後來聽師兄建議每日碌網球,
(因為本身唔怕痛,每次都踩得好用力)
加埋勤拉小腿筋,情況有改善,
不過跑步仍會有拉扯感,甚至會痛。
呢兩個月天氣開始熱,
間中會跑下跑步機,
意外地發現痛楚愈來愈少,

I took a break from running for 1 month, and keep using RumbleRoller Beastie + golf ball to massage. It works for me.
