2009 SCFM target below 4hrs ( no more hit the wall in the tunnel )

晒草灣
麗港公園
油塘藍田順利西貢 (~20K)
官塘九龍灣紅尖
沙咀(~20K)

最大問題:
2008 FM最後10K在tunnel 老抽,沒氣 (first 30K 2 hrs 41, 4 hr 09mi完成)
I hit the wall in the tunnel since my 1st 10k in 2005, HM in 2006 and FM in 2007 and 2008.
2009希望
全馬有氣沒老抽
全程小過四鐘頭
