I usually have my evening running training at Quarry Bay Park's jogging path and then to the water front of Sai Wan Ho and return.
The total distance (including 4 laps of 600m in the jogging path) is about 10 km.

I also running at Quarry Bay Park's jogging path at night. Sometimes I will run 16 laps for 10K, ard 55 mins.
If I cannot run at night, then will woke up early on next day and running at the water front of Quarry Bay to Aldrich Bay, back and fro for 2 laps. But I didn't know the distance of this path.作者: alfredyu 時間: 2007-11-16 11:27 標題: North Point - Sai Wan Ho Several times a month, I run from North Point Ferry Piers - Jave Road- Hoi Chak Street - HQuarry Bay Pak II - Hoi Tai St. - Quarry Bay Park - Sai Wan Ho - Aldrich Bay Promenade and then back to North Point. It take me somewhat more than a hour to completer the journey. I think the distance round 10K.作者: seiko66 時間: 2007-11-18 20:54

U're really hard working. I will train my running at Sir Cecil's Ride from time to time.作者: alfredyu 時間: 2008-5-2 11:36 標題: 回復 7# 的帖子 I like Sir Cecel's Ride too. I start from North Point and can either run to 黃泥涌 or Quarry Bay -
