標題: timex iron triathion 50 lap or 100lap
hi, buddies , I am freshman here .I am looking for timex watches listed , having(2-9) time intervals .I can't find any of the watch in selling in Hong Kong now.Buddies, do you know where I can find these stuffs?this is urgent for me 'cause I am going to have tabata interval training for aerobic and anaerobic training.I searched the word and was brought here.I am not a long runner but I know you all have experience in using these watches.Pls give me any solid advice or information about my enquiry.thx.

hi, Robby,
There have one sell Timex at Golden centre, shumshuipo.
The shop is next to the escalator.
Mine is 30 laps, cost about 380 something, as I know they
do have a 50 laps ex stock. cost about 58x discounted.

I also find timex at time watch shop but it is much expensive.

hi, most of the timex being sold in watch shops like City Chain are only 30 laps which has one time interval for circuit training only.Since Tabata interval requires 2 time intervals (20 secs , 10secs rest) X 8 cycles , so I think 50 and 100 is the I am looking for.

ic, as i know, "華生" they do have a 50 laps timex,
the address are as following :-

"羔灯扣勿忠深地下 K1 哺" (i.e nex to the escalator up to the 1/F shopping centre)
