The most important thing about correct running form is that your body should be on top of your foot when your foot strike the ground. How high you should lift your leg depends on your muscle strength and flexibility. Everyone is different.
The 2nd most important thing about running form is to maintain a high cadence (get as close to 180 steps/min as possible) over the stride length. Don't sacrifice cadence to get a longer stride. That will almost always result in over-striding, incorrect running form, and increase the chance of injury.作者: sunrise 時間: 2009-9-9 11:16
