標題: 跑步遊香港 – 北角至筲箕灣
早上七時出門，慢跑三分鐘至北角碼頭，做五分鐘伸展運動，便沿海堤小徑跑至電照街，經一小段渣華道(這是全程惟一交通繁忙的路段)，到煤氣公司轉入海澤街，便到了鰂魚涌公園第二期，公園不大，但綠樹成林，穿過公園從東面出口轉入海堤街向前跑，便是鰂魚涌公園一期的西面入口，這裏有條緩跑徑，跑了一圈，在草地足球場旁的更衣室外面有飲水機，喝點水，跑向東過天橋到太極花園，再過另一天橋至北面公園的海邊堤岸區，這裏有一觀景台，是欣賞獅子山，飛鵝山，和鯉魚門海港的最佳位置。這裏還有新近落成的葛量洪號滅火輪展覽館，可跑入滅火輪走上上層甲板看看。再沿海堤跑至鰂魚涌公園東面出口，便是西灣河海濱公園，經水警總部，嘉亨灣，逸濤灣，便到了筲箕灣避風塘，穿過愛秩序灣海濱公園一直跑至重修得很漂亮的譚公廟，入廟感受一下這裏的寧靜和莊嚴，再過隧道入筲箕灣東大街，老街有著名的魚蛋粉，最後到了筲箕灣電車總站。坐電車回程。

Honestly I don't prefer running alongside with those vehicles.
Sir Cecil's Ride is my ideal running course, but I could not do the running in evening.

Where is Sir Cecil's Ride? Is that the trail fm Mt Parker to North Point?

U're right. The Sir Cecil's Ride is from Mt Parker Rd to North Point's Mt Butler Rd.

Sir Cecil's Ride 中文是金督馳馬徑 - 由黃泥涌開始，至畢拉山道，經石礦場，然後經北角至柏架山道。全程應有七公里。是跑山徑的上佳路線。

Off course u cannot run in evening at Sir Cecil's Ride coz it's too dark and not sure any ii state there

I know some hard core runners still wear head lite to practice running at Sir Cecil's Ride from time to time

But Alfredyu's alongside is the easy way and it is suitable for the beginner, am i right?

If you run on Sunday, this route is Okey. Not many cars along the way. From Taikoo to Sau Kei Wan, no cars since mostly run inside the Seaside Park.

I really enjoy the way you described all you running routes. It brings back a lot of fond memories. I am saving all of them and for sure will try them all next time when I visit HK. Thanks again for posting them. Keep them coming!!
