標題: 新手想買新鞋作出新挑戰!不知如何選擇...........
我跑街多,都會跑下運動場的!而且都係長跑同慢速..... 一個月都唔算多跑....
之前都係一對普通既百幾元既Head鞋跑步.... 其實會腳痛跑得耐
不過都用了三年... 而且仲要係出埋裂紋......

現在想跑多D...... 一定要買鞋...因為已經冇鞋去跑了!
未買過現在什麼跑步鞋......
不過最近睇中Rider 12/13, Aero8, Precision..........

不過唔知邊款岩..... Mizuno真係好多款

真係頭都大埋......
而且唔知邊到最齊以上三款而且又合理價? 我住港島區的!
請問各位邊款較合式本人? 同埋鞋底冇甘快蝕呢!

You can choose shoes based on your race target and training distance.

I have both Rider12 and Aero8.

Rider12 is good for training esp LSD and leisure running.

Aero8 is classified as shoe for both training and competition by Mizuno.

I think they are very similar, except Rider12/13 provides better protection, but a little bit heavier than Aero8 (~300g Vs ~250g). I consider Aero8 is just the light-weight version of Rider12/13.

If you would like to have a pair of shoe for leisure running, I recommend Rider12/13.
