標題: Cheung Chau RTI 10 Km Run - 2008/1/1 [打印本頁] 作者: blurmax 時間: 2008-1-1 14:02 標題: Cheung Chau RTI 10 Km Run - 2008/1/1 Just having completed the 10 Km Run in Cheung Chau in the freezing weather in the morning today. I could only manage to completed the race in 56 mins because of the "frozen" muscle and tireness produced by the 10 Km race on last Sunday.
The route was hilly too and I had to walk on the first uphill slope when my muscle was not warmed up yet. The race was well organized which was totally different from the poor experience I suffered in the TWAC 8 Km Race on 2007/1/1.
I probably will join the same race on 2009 again despite the journey was quite time consuming.
It consumed me 3 hrs to travel to/from Cheung Chau.
However it's 100 % worth to run a race in such unique island.

我都跑完返來,我覺得佢搞得好好,本來我諗住長洲假期咁多人,點可以跑過馬頭同轉入東提段路,
一跑到去發現原來好多地方都有警察封路,唔俾單車入,而好多分义路都有人指示向,
地面又貼晒箭咀,最開心係跑跑下有d途人叫你加油,果份誠意係真係感受得到.
第一段斜路已經頂唔住,跑得小小要行上去,未試過跑咁長斜路,對於我真係超難道
唔知係咪天氣凍,跑左5km右胸下面開始痛,要行下跑下,有時平路都跑唔到,好辛苦先頂埋餘下5km,
最後用左68分鐘先可以慢慢跑過終點.........71歲既周伯都爬左我頭

I couldn't come becoz I need to work part time from Mon to Fri.,.
