I used to play soccer, thus my legs/knees should be quite strong. However, I put up weight, now overweight by about 10 pounds and also got some long time old injuries, thus knee would always feel a bit painful.. therefore, I slow myself down at running downhill.. (running uphill, no need to slow down as already slow..haha).
I will try the loop running (bicycle track ) , 1.9km, this weekend. Getting 5+ would equal to 10k... That's the distance I want to practice more to get ready for my 1st 10k on Dec 19... |
