明明有大大個 "工聯會" show 左出黎.........

I guess Alan is hinting another race to be held in late Oct wor probably refer to Hong Kong Half Marathon held by HKDRC!

However the race will be held in Nov wor!

We have commenced the organizing work of the HKDRC 32nd Hong Kong Half Marathon 2009 which will be held on 8 November 2009. We encourage members support by joining this race or if not join working with us to organize this race.

Be reminded that the FTU 10 K does not accept postal enrollment.  All enrollment have to be done at FTU branches starting from 2009/8/9.

Tai Wai Ching, U also did a good run today!  See U in the HKDRC Half Marathon later.

I completed the FTU 10 K Race 2009 in the sunny and slightly warm morning in a moderate time of 49 mins.

Nice to meet so many runners friends from LongRun.hk. Enjoyed the race anyway!^.^

Agree - Gills Ching was really in good shape especially in the 1st half (a little bit slower in the last 2.5 K).

Otherwise Gills should be 3rd instead of 5th gar.
