It's excellent.  Finished reading it last weekend and I was really impressed, more so than any other book about running I've read.  Highly recommended !!!

What is it talking about? Running technique? or story about runners?

No, not really about running techniques, it is the story of a runner, very inspiring !!!!  The book just came out about a month ago.  Have you read the review on my link above?
