My friend just finished the full Iroman in Lake Placid on Sunday, he came in under 14 hours again.  He told me he drank lots chicken broth, water, ate lots of cookies, bananas, gels, orange slices, part of a submarine sandwich , a couple king size Snickers bars!  Oh, he also took a dump x1.

Eat too much = upset stomach = bathroom = relief = race continues
Not enough food = bonk = hit the wall = DNF (did not finish)
