For myself, I am glad that I can get a sub-40 time despite not being in a very good shape.

I enjoyed the race very much, nice cold weather, good flat course
The staff is helpful, enthusiastic & efficient!
Minor area for improvement (to make it a perfect race), the distance sign could be clearer as mentioned by other ching/ctse; support the idea of offering shuttle bus from taipo station to the start (return transfer will be great, and it's reasonable to charge a fee); maybe the water station can be set at 3.5km and 7km (similar to other races).
