I agree with kenneth ching.
Mizuno Wave Rider is a pair of good running shoes with good shock absorption and reasonable price.   You can easily find it in the shops

For running apparel, I strongly recommend you to buy at least a running Tee.
Don't wear a normal Tee for running.  Otherwise, you nipple may hurts and bleed (my own experience ).
