My wife started to run even without me. However, it is extremely difficult to ask her to run with me in the beginning. After she saw how good I lost my weight , we keep eating a lot of delicious food such as hotpot, steaks, bufets and night snack together. Since I can this running practice, my weight can be kept at certain level. She keeps gaining weight unil she decided to want to lose weight by running. Then I buy her very pretty Nike running clothes and now she run automatically. However, she recently injuried her knees as she run 3 to 5 km every day which is too much for a beginner. |
