死肥仔挑戰肚腩日記

Just start running and have fun.  I am 5'11/200lbs and I finished 2 marathons this year (started training last oct).  I would say don't over train yourself and build it up slowly.  You can try hiking it help you with your endurance.

I didn't do anything when I was young so you can definitely do it!!!

另外, 為了長跑長有, 肥仔決定以後隔日跑了○無計, 只好從飲食方面再入手

Like the other topic on this board say... you have to eat healthy (or less calories) in order to lose weight... something I am not good at

Fried Chicken definitely doesn't help the situation (but it tastes very good!)
