I'm so surprise to see your Summary of workout & diet.
You are so hard-working!!
How come u take ice-cream to replace breakfast/ lunch, junk food to replace lunch, choc. bar in dinner??
How come u spend several hours (max.5 hours) in steppers? How can u do that??
In my opinion, get rid of most of the junk food in your diet,
instead of taking several hours workout to compensate the extra Cal. intake from junk food.
Balanced diet & healthy living habits should be maintained to lose weight without compensating health. |
