Read all the messages in this thread and seems this is a great race for all
I really want to try this one, as I have never did any running race on the HK Island , although I live in Causeway Bay .   

Also I am a slow runner (10km finished in around 60mins!!), whilst I have not did any race for more than 10Km before, so a little doubt if this is possible or not...?!

To our tradition, seems all runners call themselves "slow runner" here.
Believe it or not, I haven't mark my running time during events, I don't know my exact time until approaching  the finishing arch! If I go for a 10Km race, I believe I will do more then 60 minute if I use my usual foot pace.

If your never done ramp climbing practice, you will found this race little bit difficult at the starting phase (about 2 to 2.5 KM), the rest is ok.
