Pain is a signal from your own body to indicate something wrong. Don't ignore this signal or you'll regret later. In fact, when you feel pain, there maybe somthing wrong happened. In addition to see doctor, check your running shoes, don't just look at the appreance but the actual milage (this is why a running log is essential). This is always the 1st suspect for runner's injury. One easy way is take a short rest for recovery then change a new pair of shoes to try again, you may get the answer immediately. |
