mon off
tues bike (can be harder bike like 10k wu, 2x10k tempo work, 10k cd)
wed swim (long interval swim e.g. 6x400 ot 3x800)
thurs run (harder run can be interval or tempo)
fri swim (shorter inteval swim e.g. 2x10x100 or 10x200)
sat long bike with run off the bike
sun long run (optional long sea swim); can change to aquathon or brick training
