I live in Tseung Kwan O.  Below is my training route.  I'm a slow runner and usually finish this 10KM in 55 mins.

我上星期練完 21K 之後,都感覺到隻左腳板痛 ~~ 尤其 UNICEF HM 就快到了 ~
所以我覺得而家最好係休息 ~ 最緊要係等個傷完全好番先再跑 ~~
如果唔係傷上加傷,後果可能會嚴重左 ~

Thanks.  But I have registered Unicef HM, and Shek Kong 30K and FM 09.  Worrying how I could finish it all?

Then the second time, I run 17KM and felt the mentioned pain and walk until 20KM and gave up.  Then came the third attempt.  I tried to keep my pace slow and did not want to hurt the left ankle and right knee and finally I finished the HM (21KM) , but in 2 hours 46Mins.  Last years I finish the Standard Chartered HM in 2 hour 5 minutes.  Anyway, at least I finished it less than three hours.

Hi, it's a long time that I have not given a meesage in this corner.  I had a bit down as I have tried several time to run half marathon, but fail.  I felt right knee and left ankle pain very time.  The first attempt, I only ran 14 KM and felt hungry and gave up.

    so early...if  i run in TKO in the morning, i will try my best to wake up at 7:00 , and run for 30-45mins, if i run in brown road, i will start at 8:30

    I like to run in Bo Wen Road, but it is too rush for me in the lunch time.  I used to run 8Km and then have a shower in HK park.  But it is now a bit distance from the Bo Wen Road as I work in a new post.  Now I will usually run 6Km and then have a shower, and it is too rush to me.

    Early running

    I have change my running habbit from "Lunch in Bowen Road" to "Early in the morning in Tseung Kwan O"- Starting Sheung Tak, Hospital, Oil station, TKO Tuen, Fire station, TKO 2nd School Hau Tak Esate, and back to Sheung Tak.  And It is about 45-50 mins.  Does anybody also run in the morning.
