Good to hear that red red tse! If it continues to hurt even when walking, try take some anti-inflamatory pills that I mentioned above. It does help to alleviate the pain caused by sprains/strains.

Sorry to hear about that. You need to treat the cause(s) not only the symptom(s). Bengay is only good for temporary pain relief. Is it swollen or warm to touch? It might be your running form(s) or even the running shoes that you're wearing (is it the right kind?) causing the pain. For now, I don't recommend you keep on running until you find out what is causing it. Try take some anti-inflamatory pills (消炎丸) to see if it works ~ Cortal or the generic brand which is Ibuprofen. You can buy them at Watsons or Mannings drug stores. Just ask the pharmacist there at the counter, they will tell you. Hope you get better soon! Take care!
