Ching, congratulation.

I'm also PB in this race and my time was 3:14.

The organisation, course, atmosphere and weather were all excellent, and it is an ideal race for debut full marathon runner.

Actually, I saw you at around ?35k when you bypassed me and you really ran strongly during the last few Ks.  

By the way, did you buy the Gold Coast Bulletin 5th July issue to check the result?

Really? Did you come from HK also?

I started not well. My legs were a little bit tight during the first 15 km. After that, I could speed up gradually.

小弟記得師兄，全因為當時小弟已在「捱」，忽然身旁跑過「宇宙」人，跑得混身是勁。

心想師兄果真強勁，尾段還如此有力。
