The 2010 TWAC Chairman Memorial Cup 10K Evening Race will be held on July 4 (Sun) at the Catchwater of Shing Mun Reservoir, starting at 5:00pm. Three categories for men and two for women. A Polar running heart rate monitor will be awarded to the overall men and women champions; trophies to the top 5 winners, a pair of Reebok professional running shoes to the top 3 winners, and Reebok sport bag to the 4th and 5th winners of each category. A souvenir T-shirt for each participant. Quota is 700, and application will close on June 20 or when the quota is met. Please see attached files for more details and and entry form. Entry fee is HK$100. Online registration is also available for HK$110; please visit

The race organizer provides luggage storage service.

I usually wear my arm pocket and cap during the race.
