下月已經報名玩"東區長命斜10k"，

I guess it's about 3-4 Km upslope por.  Not easy to conquer and I walked quite often last time.

Apart from Slow Speed Kid, I did not meet any members of longrun.hk por

Just having completed the 8.8 Km race in a slow time of 49 mins+.
The opening ceremony was long and boring and the 1st group runners were forced to stand in the hot sun for 20 mins+.
Good organizing but too political.
Time to shout upright June-Forth Movement dueing the boring wait.
Nice to meet Keith and Beringirl overtook me in just 2.5 Km. (probably started 5 mins after our group)

昨天Gills兄中暑入院，大家都感到擔憂與掛心，在此祝願Gills兄早日康復。
從這事中，可以看到我們真正發揮了長跑網的互助精神，由Gills兄暈倒開始，Leefs兄陪伴入院，並通知Kenneth兄作為聯絡各師兄的橋樑，慢子兄、Kenneth兄跟著趕往醫院。其他師兄、師姐知道消息後，立即替Gills兄尋找並設法聯絡到其家人，並取回行李前往醫院探望，大家緊急應變，互相關心幫助，實在令人感動。而且實實在在感覺到自己不再孤單，希望這種精神不單只要持續下去，更要將之發揚光大。

Really impressive co-operation btw runners!  Thx very much!

The mentioned TW race was co-organized by Marathon Pro indeed.  The race was already inferior to those races organized by HKMP soley.
