you can "hear" how u run. Remember in another discussion board where some C-Hings had discussed how you can "hear" the sound when yr foot is pounding on the floor, which is also an indication of whether yr gait is proper or not.

of course, but sometimes will occur..........I don't know where you run but sometimes there are bikes that trying to take the lead in a narrow road at nite.........you just don't know........

This one I am not sure. But there is sound for some series of Mizuno (e.g. spacer) with good contact of the road. The sound is actually a sign of contact. I know a guy who is a bit over-rated doesn't know himself get hurt chronically due to running, only because he listened to music all the time, and become unaware of the sound he made running that caught lots of people's attention. Maybe just an isolated case though
