Southern District Cross Country Race

Start: 10/08/2008 - 9:00am

Southern District Cross Country Race will be held on Aug 10 (Sun) at Aberdeen Country Park, starting at 9:00am. Distance is 8km, or 3km for juniors or 1km for kids. Entry fee is HK$60 or HK$40 for juniors and kids. Entries limited to 700. See attached file for details.

Just completed the 8 Km (probably 8.5 Km) x-country race in an OK time of 48 mins in the hot and humid morning today.  Nice to meet MJ, randy and hobbywet before the race.

Not muddy at all comparing with last year's game in heavy rain.  However I got trapped in the trail behind a long queue, otherwise I could get closer to U.
