Just completed the MOS 8 Km run in an ok time of 42 mins+ in the sunny and hot morning today.  It's nice to meet so many LongRun.hk's members including Gills, Stanley, Alan, Onon, 711, Miller and others.

I received the cert too.  The race on 09/2/1 is organized by DAB's vice chairman LAU Kwong Wah's organization wor.  Have to think lah...........................probably will not join...............
